📋 Description

• Design and deliver training programs tailored to different revenue roles — Account Executives
• Develop and maintain sales collateral, playbooks, and enablement resources; write content that is
• Partner with sales leaders to diagnose coaching needs and design targeted enablement interventions
• Conduct needs analysis and skill assessments to surface gaps, knowledge deficits, and performance
• Analyze enablement metrics — training completion, engagement, time-to-productivity, win rates — to
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate product launches and updated messaging into sales

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in revenue enablement, training, instructional design, or a related field
• Skilled facilitation and training delivery — you present to groups with clarity, engage diverse
• Strong writing skills — you create compelling, clear content across formats, from training decks
• An analytical and metrics-driven mindset — you identify trends, measure impact, and use data to
• A collaborative, solution-oriented approach — you work effectively with sales leaders, product
• A solid and growing understanding of the B2B sales process, sales methodology, and the revenue
