🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
  • 7+ years in sales enablement, training, or L&D in a global organization.
  • Proven experience designing and managing enablement programs with cross-functional partners.
  • Hands-on LMS/CMS ownership, preferably Highspot, incl governance, taxonomy, integrations, reporting.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Highspot, Gong, Wrike, Articulate Rise, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to influence across teams.
