📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

  • 4–6+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, Commercial Ops, or similar.
  • Influences senior stakeholders (Directors and VP-level) to drive accountability.
  • Experience running pipeline reviews, forecast cadences, governance with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong CRM literacy, ideally Salesforce; analyze pipeline data for risk.
  • Accountability mindset; challenge stakeholders while maintaining trust.
  • Fluent English (mandatory).
