📋 Description

• Lead Reddit's Sales Compass and Sales Operating System initiatives.
• Advise Sales leadership with data-driven first-principles thinking.
• Translate strategy into scalable operating models, governance, and metrics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve seller effectiveness and revenue growth.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive high-impact commercial opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Strategy & Operations, Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or mgmt consulting.
• Proficient with data manipulation (Google Sheets/Excel); build exec narratives.
• Comfortable with data infra; basic SQL or AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Codex).
• Proven cross-functional leadership in strategic initiatives driving outcomes.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership to solve complex business problems.
• Bachelor's degree required.
