📋 Description

• Strategic advisor to Reddit's Sales leadership, using data-driven insights.
• Lead two strategic initiatives: Sales Compass and the Sales Operating System.
• Translate priorities into scalable operating models to grow revenue.
• Role sits at the intersection of sales, strategy, analytics, and operations.
• Location: Fully remote, within 50 miles of a Reddit hub in NA/Europe.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Strategy & Operations, Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or related consulting.
• Advanced data manipulation with Google Sheets/Excel; build exec data narratives.
• Comfort with data infra; interpret SQL or use AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Codex).
• Proven track record leading cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership to solve problems and influence decisions.
• Bachelor's degree required.
