📋 Description

  • Fully remote but within 50 miles of a Reddit hub (NA/Europe)
  • Lead Sales Compass and Sales OS initiatives from concept to launch
  • Advise senior sales leadership with data-driven insights
  • Translate strategy into scalable, repeatable operating models
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Enablement, and Product

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in Strategy & Ops, Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or consulting
  • Advanced data manipulation with Google Sheets/Excel
  • Comfort with data infra; basic SQL or AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Codex)
  • Proven leader of cross-functional, high-impact initiatives
  • Experience partnering with senior leadership
  • Bachelor's degree required
