📋 Description

• Advise senior Sales leadership on priority commercial opportunities using data-driven insights.
• Design scalable operating models to improve seller effectiveness and revenue growth.
• Lead two strategic initiatives (Sales Compass; Sales OS) from concept to execution.
• Translate strategy into execution with governance and metrics.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Enablement, Product, and Finance.
• Location: Fully remote within 50 miles of Reddit hubs in NA/Europe.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Strategy & Operations, Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or Consulting.
• Advanced data skills in Google Sheets/Excel; build executive narratives.
• Comfort with data infrastructure; write basic SQL or use AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Codex).
• Proven track record leading cross-functional strategic initiatives with impact.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership to solve problems and guide decisions.
• Bachelor's degree required.
