📋 Description

• Strategic advisor to Reddit's sales leadership on top commercial priorities.
• Lead design and launch of Reddit's high-priority commercial initiatives.
• Translate strategy into scalable operating models and governance.
• Partner with senior leadership to solve cross-functional challenges.
• Establish metrics and drive adoption of new operating models.
• Location: Fully remote within 50 miles of Reddit hubs in NA/Europe.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Strategy & Operations, Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, Mgmt Consulting, or Product Strategy.
• Advanced data manipulation using Google Sheets/Excel; navigate large datasets.
• Comfort with data infrastructure; interpret SQL or use AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Codex).
• Proven track record leading high-impact cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership to solve complex problems.
• Bachelor's degree required.
