📋 Description

• Lead design, build, and launch Reddit's top priority commercial initiatives.
• Advise Sales leadership with data-driven, first-principles thinking.
• Translate priorities into scalable operating models, governance, and metrics.
• Operate at the intersection of sales, strategy, analytics, and operations.
• Location: Fully remote within 50 miles of Reddit hubs in NA/Europe.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in strategy & operations, sales ops, rev ops, or consulting.
• Advanced data manipulation with large datasets; strong exec storytelling.
• Comfort with data infra; interpret SQL or use AI tools to generate queries.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership to solve complex problems.
• Translate executive strategy into scalable operating models or processes.
• Excellent program and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
