  • Knowledge of manufactured housing with operator/REIT relationships.
  • Proven launch/scale of a new product line or market entry.
  • Owned a revenue number (quota/P&L) and delivered against it.
  • Hands-on sales team building: recruiting, ramping, coaching.
  • Strong cross-functional partner with product, marketing, underwriting, and eng.
