📋 Description

• Own and execute portfolio-wide strategies for new lease rates, renewal offers, concessions, lease
• Translate occupancy, leased percentage, exposure, availability, traffic, conversion, renewal
• Establish decision rights, pricing guardrails, concession thresholds, and exception protocols with
• Coordinate the release and pricing of renovated, premium, down, and returning units to support
• Serve as the portfolio subject matter expert and business owner for the Revenue Intelligence
• Configure and routinely audit occupancy goals, pricing factors, lease-term premiums, amenity and

🎯 Requirements

• Five (5) or more years of progressive experience in multifamily revenue management, pricing
• Hands-on experience with a multifamily revenue-management platform is required. Entrata Revenue
• Advanced Excel and data-analysis capability, including the ability to reconcile large datasets
• Strong understanding of multifamily leasing, renewals, exposure, lease-expiration management
• Demonstrated ability to lead pricing discussions, communicate complex analysis clearly, influence
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing and the compliance risks associated with pricing, market data
