Revenue Manager

📋 Description

• Act as the revenue management representative for capital projects, coordinating program initiation
• Support revenue management, pricing, and sales strategy for the company’s multi-family portfolio(s)
• Analyze operational and financial data, monitor demand, manage inventory, forecast trends, and
• Support the development, implementation, and communication of pricing and revenue management
• Analyze data across multiple sources, making recommendations to maximize financial performance.
• Develop strong relationships with internal customers, collaborating with regional operations teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• At least 5 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of financial, economic, sales, and marketing principles, along with industry practices
• Demonstrated communication skills and ability to build strong relationships, including the ability
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.

• Expected pay rate of $97,000 - $130,000 plus annual bonus.
