📋 Description

• Support our Sales, Marketing, and customer-facing teams, which might include: Driving end-to-end
• Analyzing, optimizing, and implementing sales territories and processes for a fast-growing sales
• Building out prospecting programs, marketing campaigns and events cadences, helping the sales team
• Help define and scale the playbook for how Sierra builds, evaluates, launches, and expands AI
• Take on special projects and initiatives related to international expansion, pricing, marketing
• Work with Pricing, Legal, Operations, Sales, Agent Development & Finance teams to identify

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, management consulting, corporate
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets); experience with
• A detail-oriented, methodical, and process-driven mentality that is focused on both accuracy and
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity, drive and execute initiatives, and
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas and
