📋 Description

• Own GTM workflows end-to-end across Marketing, Sales, and CS
• Eliminate friction so reps spend time selling
• Ensure data is clean and trusted in HubSpot
• Partner with EU GTM leaders; translate priorities into processes
• Deliver dashboards and real-time reporting for the EU team
• Build with Dust: automate research, reporting, and GTM workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years in revenue/sales ops or analytical role
• CRM fluency (HubSpot preferred); automation tools (Zapier/Make/n8n)
• Data analysis (Excel/Sheets, SQL) to drive recommendations
• Proven cross-functional project management; ship on schedule
• Bonus: B2B SaaS/AI, GTM tools (Clay, Lemlist, Common Room); MEDDIC/BANT
