Revenue Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Run the weekly pipeline review process in Salesforce; identify stale opportunities, missing next
• Coordinate handoffs across Marketing, Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, and Customer Success from lead
• Review closed-won deals for documented approvals, signed terms, products, lines of business
• Reconcile information across Salesforce, deal documentation, billing inputs, and financial reports
• Review existing dashboards and recurring reports for sound definitions, accurate inputs, and
• Maintain forecast inputs and compare projected bookings and revenue with actual results

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Finance Operations, or
• An AI-native approach to operations: curious about how AI and automation can fundamentally improve
• A process-improvement mindset: notice recurring friction, unclear ownership, manual work, and
• Demonstrated ownership and cross-functional follow-through: independently manage recurring
• Strong analytical judgment and attention to detail: question definitions and assumptions
• Ability to turn analysis into action: explain what data is telling, why it matters, and what should
