📋 Description

• Be the main operational partner to Sales teams globally
• Analyze local processes and build cross-country solutions
• Drive global project implementations with local teams
• Guard quality and consistency in our systems
• Create automations for Sales processes in CRM and more
• Query datasets to turn data into insights

🎯 Requirements

• 2–6 years in consulting, BI, analytics, operations, or BD
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus
• STEM or business-related degree
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decisions
• End-to-end project delivery track record
• Comfortable collaborating across teams
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zapier, Looker Studio, Tableau
