Revenue Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Execute and optimize Deal Desk workflows, including structuring, reviewing, and approving
• Maintain CRM data quality, oversee field governance, and conduct regular audits to ensure accurate
• Support revenue planning, reporting, and analysis related to territories, quotas, key performance
• Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports to monitor productivity, pipeline health, and
• Analyze sales performance metrics, including win/loss trends, funnel conversion, and pipeline
• Develop and implement AI agents, skills, and workflows to improve the efficiency of data analysis

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, or Go-to-Market Operations, ideally
• Demonstrated ability to design, improve, and implement scalable business processes and standard
• Familiarity with Salesforce, CPQ tools, and other go-to-market platforms, such as Salesloft
• Experience using AI assistants, such as Claude, to accelerate operational workflows, including
• Strong analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and the ability to
