Revenue Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Partner with sales leaders to provide data-driven recommendations, forecasting support, and
• Develop and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, scorecards, and key performance indicators
• Design tools and frameworks to help sales representatives focus on high-value activities and
• Support and optimize territory assignments, quota setting, incentive tracking, and CRM data
• Develop and evaluate A/B tests, pilot programs, and cohort analyses to measure sales strategy
• Build repeatable workflows, dashboards, and reporting structures for growing sales teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, business analysis, or
• Advanced proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Domo, Power BI, or Looker.
• Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and advanced formulas.
• Strong hands-on experience with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce.
• Practical experience using AI or automation tools to improve efficiency.
