  • Serve as the Sales & Marketing liaison for lead mgmt and pipeline hygiene
  • Optimize lead scoring, attribution, and MQL-to-SQL workflows
  • Support territory planning, quota setting, and bookings tracking
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Deal Desk, CX
  • Design and improve end-to-end GTM processes; create SOPs
  • Forecasting support; manage data flow and analytics dashboards

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2–5 years in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, PM, or SaaS sales
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision making
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Highly organized with multiple projects in fast-paced env
  • Salesforce CRM proficiency; Gong/Marketo/HubSpot/Aviso preferred
