Revenue Operations Analyst, Reporting & Data

📋 Description

• Help run weekly RevOps KPI dashboards and performance reporting,
• Support the reporting Finance and Accounting rely on, including revenue-share reporting.
• Answer ad hoc requests from the executive team and other stakeholders.
• Support recurring pipeline and field hygiene audits, standardize fields, close data-quality gaps.
• Partner with Product Analyst to bring product usage and adoption data into CRM.
• Automate manual spreadsheet-driven processes for CRM data population.

🎯 Requirements

• Prior work in revenue operations, business intelligence, or data analytics.
• Proven expertise in SQL; experience with cloud data warehouse (e.g., Snowflake) and dbt.
• Proven experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce).
• Outstanding ability to support recurring production reporting process.
• Strong attention to detail; comfortable with clean and messy data.
• Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Sigma, Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
