📋 Description

• Build and ship GTM systems in Salesforce, Gong, and Claude
• Own end-to-end GTM projects with clear DOO definitions
• Design, build, and prove new infrastructure on a blank canvas
• Lead with hands-on implementation rather than solely managing a team

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in RevOps, GTM engineering, or sales strategy
• Hands-on builder who has built forecasts, routing logic, or GTM automations
• Deep fluency in Salesforce and Gong; strong analytical instincts
• Bias toward shipping, finishing, and delivering, not 80% completion
• Comfort building with AI tooling (Claude, agents, LLM workflows)
• Ability to influence buyers and drive adoption in a tenured sales org
