📋 Description

• Revenue & Billing Ops – Monitor Stripe for failed payments and overdue invoices.
• Payment Follow-Ups – Proactively reach out to customers to resolve billing issues.
• Contracts & Usage Alignment – Ensure contracts, billing, and product usage align.
• Revenue Data Hygiene – Maintain clean data across HubSpot, billing tools, dashboards.
• Sales & Support Handoffs – Ensure clean handoffs and reflect customer status.
• Operational Leadership Support – Own recurring revenue tasks and follow-through.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in revenue operations, billing, or SaaS operations.
• Comfortable following up with customers about billing and payments.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Clear written and verbal English communication.
• Experience with CRM (HubSpot) and billing tools (Stripe).
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
