📋 Description

• Own end-to-end configuration and integration architecture across the GTM tech stack (Salesforce
• Lead technical implementation of new tools, including configuration, integration build, sync/API
• Make recommendations on Salesforce architecture decisions related to data model design, automation
• Maintain living documentation of the tech stack: system-of-record map by data object, integration
• Own vendor technical relationships for GTM tools — evaluating new tools for integration
• Partner with IT/Engineering on system design for new or changing sales processes, translating

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Systems, with a focus on
• Deep hands-on Salesforce experience: data model design, automation build (flows, validation rules)
• Experience implementing and integrating GTM tools such as Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales
• Experience building and maintaining structured knowledge bases or enablement content platforms.
• Strong written communication skills for technical documentation and training content creation.
