📋 Description

• Lead Revenue Operations strategy by connecting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams around
• Build, optimize, and analyze the internal infrastructure, systems, and processes that enable
• Identify operational inefficiencies across departments and redesign processes to improve
• Align revenue technology and data infrastructure to provide a comprehensive view of revenue
• Own and improve revenue forecasting practices, using business data to support informed planning and
• Develop customer health dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide actionable visibility into

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in sales operations, sales strategy, business-aligned FP&A
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, another STEM discipline such as Chemistry
• Demonstrated experience working with CRM platforms and revenue technology.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to connect data, processes
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and align diverse teams around common objectives.
• Self-driven, motivated, and comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-growing environment.

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range of $148,000–$185,000 USD.
