Revenue & Operations Intern

📋 Description

• Work with Customer Success and Renewals teams to support day-to-day ops
• Analyze business data, metrics, and customer trends for insights
• Support reporting, tracking, and operational cadences across teams
• Identify process inefficiencies and drive improvements
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Product, and Support for alignment
• Support projects related to customer retention and renewals

• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving
• Comfortable with numbers, data, and business metrics
• Excellent attention to detail and execution
• Good communication and stakeholder management
• Curious and eager to learn and solve problems
• Bachelor’s degree (pursuing/final year) in Engineering, Business, Analytics
