Revenue Operations Lead

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the CRM environment, including administration, integrations, data quality
• Build and expand data-enrichment processes for new registrants and existing users.
• Define and document the complete funnel from lead through deal creation, including a lead-scoring
• Build dashboards, reporting, and forecasting infrastructure that enables the sales organization to
• Develop tooling and processes to validate time-boxed experiments and sales-motion tests.
• Create, test, and continuously improve prospect-facing messaging across email and LinkedIn

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Analytics, or a closely
• Deep, hands-on experience with HubSpot at an administrative level, or equivalent expertise with
• Strong understanding of CRM integrations, data architecture, and data quality management, with the
• Strong analytical capabilities, including experience building funnel definitions, lead-scoring
• Experience creating, testing, and refining outbound sales messaging across email and LinkedIn, or
• Comfortable working independently in ambiguous environments where processes, definitions, and

• Base salary range of $115,000–$135,000, with final compensation determined by experience, skills
