📋 Description

• Own the PX Tech Stack: Serve as administrator and product owner for Planhat and Zendesk — health
• Optimize Operational Workflows: Design, refine, QA, and implement workflows and processes that

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, Sales Operations, or a
• Extensive experience with SaaS tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight and similar, SQL, Looker.
• Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and key metrics that influence success in Sales
• Direct experience business-partnering with post-sale leaders/teams to drive business alignment and
• Fluency in post-sale metrics: net revenue retention, gross retention, NRR, support SLAs
• Strong AI and Business Intelligence tool experience (e.g., Claude, OpenAI, Google Sheets, data
