Revenue Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Act as primary Revenue Operations partner for EMEA Marketing, Sales, Customer Success leaders
• Manage incoming requests from regional teams, resolve operational questions, coordinate with
• Lead regional forecasting, pipeline reviews, and business review meetings. Maintain data hygiene
• Adapt global GTM processes, handoffs, and engagement guidelines to regional needs while documenting
• Analyze pipeline trends, conversion rates, sales performance, customer lifecycle metrics to
• Collaborate with Planning and FP&A teams, providing insights into territory performance, sales

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 8 years of experience or equivalent expertise in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations
• Previous experience supporting EMEA go-to-market teams, ideally with responsibility for regional
• Proven ability to manage forecasting, pipeline reviews, and business performance meetings with
• Strong understanding of complete GTM lifecycle: lead management, pipeline generation, sales
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and ability to translate business needs into clear requirements
