🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related STEM field
• 6+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or similar role in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in SQL and VBA/AppScript (Python is a plus)
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Fluency in English/Spanish required
