๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Act as project manager for cross-functional revenue initiatives across Marketing, Sales, and CS.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the lead-to-cash process to increase ARR and reduce leakage.
  • Standardize GTM workflows to reduce overhead and set consistent expectations.
  • Build dashboards and ad-hoc analyses quickly and accurately, aided by AI.
  • Architect and build automation/tools using Claude Code with GTM Engineering.
  • Serve as a proactive data-driven partner to GTM leadership to drive growth (onsite, 4 days/wk).

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, CS Ops, or similar.
  • Hands-on in at least 2: quota/comp, territories, deal desk, lead routing, renewals, funnel reporting.
  • Use Claude Code (or similar AI coding assistant) daily.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce/HubSpot) and coding in SQL and Python.
  • Strong writing and organizational skills; passion for documentation.
  • Thrives in unstructured, fast-paced environments; builds processes from scratch.
