Based in the US, this role acts as a strategic bridge between operational initiatives and cross-regional execution, primarily focused on the Americas with support for APAC as needed.
- Own territory execution across regions, ensuring bookings align with policy and stay accurate.
- Subject matter expert for complex, high-value transactions across regions.
- Primary escalation partner for FGCC, guiding high-complexity scenarios.
- Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, and Finance to support complex deals.
- Support month-end/quarter-end close and reconciliations.
- Identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
π― Requirements
- 6β8+ years in Order Management, Sales Ops, or Deal Desk.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, CPQ, NetSuite, Tableau, or similar.
- Ability to move fast and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Clear and effective communication across teams and functions.
- Adaptability and comfort managing multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
- A forward-looking mindset with openness to automation and AI-enabled tools.
