Based in the US, this role acts as a strategic bridge between operational initiatives and cross-regional execution, primarily focused on the Americas with support for APAC as needed.

  • Own territory execution across regions, ensuring bookings align with policy and stay accurate.
  • Subject matter expert for complex, high-value transactions across regions.
  • Primary escalation partner for FGCC, guiding high-complexity scenarios.
  • Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, and Finance to support complex deals.
  • Support month-end/quarter-end close and reconciliations.
  • Identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6–8+ years in Order Management, Sales Ops, or Deal Desk.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, CPQ, NetSuite, Tableau, or similar.
  • Ability to move fast and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Clear and effective communication across teams and functions.
  • Adaptability and comfort managing multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
  • A forward-looking mindset with openness to automation and AI-enabled tools.
