📋 Description

• Running pipeline reviews with Regional Sales Managers. Deals are real, stages are accurate
• Digging into a conversion drop between stages, finding the root cause, and driving the fix
• Turning around a deal desk request with customer context, commercial logic, and a clear
• Rolling out a new process to the NZ sales team. Not just announcing it, but training it, chasing
• Building reporting that tells leadership what's happening before they have to ask
• Landing a global process change in NZ, or documenting one you've built here so AU and US can pick

🎯 Requirements

• Hold yourself and others to the plan. You have the conviction to push back when execution doesn't
• Have an instinct for where revenue is leaking. Before the data formally confirms it
• Can tell the difference between a process problem and a people problem. And know how to fix both
• Drive adoption, not announcements. You measure whether a process landed and you go back when it
• Improve what already works. A mature market doesn't need rebuilding, it needs sharpening. You find
