  • Partner with EMEA Account Management and CS to scale post-sales ops
  • Own regional forecasting and pipeline governance
  • Build dashboards and reporting for visibility into EMEA performance
  • Collaborate with GTM Ops, Systems, Analytics, Finance, and global teams
  • Hybrid role with Tue-Thu in-office; quarterly travel to Dublin/London
  • Act as trusted advisor delivering data-driven recommendations

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 4+ years in Revenue Ops/Business Ops/Strategy & Ops in SaaS
  • Post-sales motions incl. renewals, expansions, churn, NRR
  • Experience supporting international/regional GTM, preferably EMEA
  • Strong analytical/problem-solving; turn ambiguity into actions
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership influence
  • Forecasting, pipeline management, and recurring revenue experience
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; Salesforce reporting and dashboards
