๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Serve as strategic partner to EMEA Post Sales leadership across AM & CS
  • Own regional forecasting and pipeline governance for renewals and retention
  • Drive operational cadences: forecast reviews, pipeline inspections, QBRs
  • Build dashboards and reporting for EMEA health and performance
  • Partner with Systems, Analytics, Finance, and global GTM Ops to automate workflows
  • Support territory planning and operational planning across EMEA

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 4+ years in Revenue Ops, Business Ops, Strategy & Operations, or GTM Ops in SaaS
  • Strong SaaS post-sales experience: renewals, expansion, churn, and NRR
  • Experience supporting international or regional GTM orgs, preferably within EMEA
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for large datasets
  • Salesforce reporting and dashboard-building experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication with leadership
