  • Experience in operations, sales ops, or client exp in SaaS
  • Hands-on automation with low/no-code tools (Zapier, n8n, Clay)
  • CRM/CS/Sales/Support platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Knowledge of AI concepts and practical prompt engineering
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders independently
  • Strong prioritization, expectations management, and consensus driving
  • Identify process inefficiencies; implement scalable solutions
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
