Revenue Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Design and maintain automated rev ops workflows (HubSpot, Zendesk, Gong, Salesforce, Zapier)
• Audit workflows to identify automation opportunities; maintain backlog for stakeholders
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing/Client Experience to optimize lead flow
• Maintain lifecycle stage definitions; ensure consistent CRM usage
• Translate team needs into scalable workflow solutions across tools
• Support evolving AI-assisted workflows and expand ownership of the tech stack

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in operations, sales ops, or client exp in SaaS
• Hands-on automation with low/no-code tools (Zapier, n8n, Clay)
• CRM/CS/Sales/Support platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Knowledge of AI concepts and practical prompt engineering
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders independently
• Strong prioritization, expectations management, and consensus driving
• Identify process inefficiencies; implement scalable solutions
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
