📋 Description

  • Manage tickets across accounting, billing, integrations, licensing, CRM, and renewals.
  • Coordinate order troubleshooting with DEV and Product Management to resolve issues.
  • Build and maintain promotion profiles in COP; update expiring promotions.
  • Track and approve Ingram MPO2CNT requests within Connect platform.
  • Track and update opportunities redirected through distribution.
  • Proficient in Power BI and CRM reporting.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years in software product or project management; release cycles.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • MS Office, esp. Excel; CRM knowledge (Dynamics, Salesforce).
  • English working language; fluent oral and written English.
  • Amenable to night shift.
