📋 Description

• Process and manage incoming orders across sales, partners, and revenue teams.
• Manage an order management queue in Salesforce to answer queries and escalations.
• Maintain up-to-date process documentation for revenue workflows.
• Support improvements by identifying issues and proposing solutions.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and act as the operational voice.
• Help evaluate and adopt AI solutions for operations, ensuring reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in revenue operations/order management/sales support (advertising or SaaS).
• Experience handling escalated operational issues in high-volume environments.
• Experience testing operational enhancements with systems engineers.
• AI Enthusiast with practical application to productivity and workflows.
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, or SQL; Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related subject, or equivalent work experience.
