Revenue Operations Specialist (M/F/D)

📋 Description

• Own and maintain process maps, SOPs, and ownership records across the full revenue lifecycle
• Lead assigned process and operational improvements from discovery through implementation
• Translate business needs into clear Salesforce requirements and collaborate with administrators
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to identify process breakdowns and agree on solutions
• Partner with Enablement and relevant stakeholders to reinforce new processes
• Analyse recurring tickets, exception reports, user feedback, and operational issues

🎯 Requirements

• Substantial professional experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Success
• Experience documenting, auditing, and improving commercial processes
• Strong stakeholder management and change management skills
• Analytical mindset with hands-on experience using Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or
• Genuine curiosity about customer buying behaviour and market dynamics
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, including its core data model, opportunity management
