📋 Description

• Platform Administration: Salesforce admin/engineering for config, security, objects/fields, flows
• Planhat: maintain and extend health scores, playbooks, lifecycle workflows, dashboards, integrations
• RocketLane: contribute to design/build/config/integration and rollout for onboarding/implementation
• Other GTM/Customer Ops tools: administer and support evolving stack (marketing, enablement
• Design, Build, Deploy: translate process needs into system designs; build capabilities across
• Deployment and Release: own deployment across environments with change control and rollback planning

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years administering and configuring SaaS platforms in GTM, sales ops, marketing ops, or customer
• Hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration experience; experience cleaning up an org is a
• Experience end-to-end lifecycle of system work: design, build, deploy, admin
• Experience building/integrations between SaaS platforms using APIs, integration platforms, or
• Experience building automations and AI agents/bots to support business teams
