📋 Description

• Own end-to-end effectiveness initiatives; set roadmaps, design, build, and drive adoption.
• Spend time in the field to spot gaps in sales process; design smarter workflows and automation.
• Evaluate tools, run tests, and roll out effective solutions.
• Work with low-code tools (Zapier/n8n), AI, Salesforce, and SQL via Metabase.
• Enablement: shadow, train, measure adoption, iterate.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Sales Effectiveness.
• Strong ownership and project management; autonomous.
• Builder mindset; hands-on.
• Change-management experience: shadowing, training, measuring adoption.
• Solid SQL skills; data querying, joining, validating data; segmentation logic.
• Fluent in French and advanced English.
