Revenue Order and Contracts Analyst

📋 Description

• Review closed bookings and reconcile executed contracts, order forms, and POs against Salesforce
• Check that pricing, quantities, billing schedules, payment terms, Incoterms, service dates, and
• Ensure non-standard terms and cooperative purchasing (buy board) fees are documented and correctly
• Flag discrepancies, coordinate fixes, and track resolution before billing or fulfillment is affected
• Review post-close order changes (address, legal entity, amount, PO updates) and ensure consistency
• Lead intake of contract amendment requests, gathering order and billing data for internal review

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in deal desk, order management, order-to-cash, revenue operations, billing
• Hands-on experience reviewing contracts, order forms, and purchase orders, reconciling them against
• Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite preferred; SAP, Oracle, or similar also welcome
• Strong attention to detail and methodical approach to documentation, reconciliations, and controls
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Revenue Operations, and Accounting
• Curious, energetic, and eager to take on new work including reporting, compliance, and audit support
