📋 Description

Review denied and assigned claims using EnableComp software
Use payer docs and provider contracts to determine reimbursement
Research and obtain medical records and supporting docs; submit with claims
Follow up with payers to ensure documents are received and reimbursed
Perform other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

High School Diploma or GED; Associate/Bachelor preferred
5+ years in healthcare billing or collections
1+ year client-facing/customer service
Intermediate claims processing and data requirements
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency
ICD, HCPCS/CPT coding and medical terminology
