• Exceptional quantitative modeling ability; able to structure ambiguous questions into scenarios
• Fluency in SaaS revenue mechanics: ACV vs bookings vs revenue, pipeline coverage and conversion
• Fluency in seller economics: quota credit and splits, overlay and specialist crediting, SKU-level
• Judgment: identify which question matters, take a position, defend with senior stakeholders.
• 5–8 years in a quantitative, revenue-facing role, weighted toward RevOps or Sales Strategy in B2B
• Expert Excel/Google Sheets with auditable multi-scenario models; SQL and a BI tool (Sigma, Tableau
