🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in finance, investing, consulting, or analytically rigorous fields.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives or operational projects.
• Strong ability to analyze complex data and identify root causes.
• Experience designing or optimizing operational processes or tooling.
• Ability to work with finance, commercial, product, and engineering teams.
• Experience with complex financial products or enterprise software.
