📋 Description

• Work at handoff points between developers and buyers; close transition gaps.
• Map the GTM funnel across Tax Credits, Debt, and Investments; identify conversions.
• Identify and prioritize 2–3 high-leverage, data-backed process improvements.
• Collaborate with BizOps and Product to design tooling to fix identified issues.
• Bring outside-in GTM perspective; benchmark and note Crux divergences.
• Embed with commercial teams to learn the deal firsthand; not dashboards alone.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years in finance, investing, management consulting, or analytic roles.
• Operating role leading cross-functional initiatives or business operations.
• Experience with complex financial products or enterprise software; translate between stakeholders.
• Identify root causes, synthesize data, and drive data-informed decisions.
• Designing and implementing operational processes and tooling in high-growth settings.
• Partner across Finance, Commercial, Product, Engineering to improve outcomes.
