📋 Description

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and prioritization framework for review generation initiatives across
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of campaign specialists and managers, establishing goals, providing
• Partner with senior marketing, content, research, customer success, and enterprise stakeholders to
• Build and nurture an engaged community of reviewers and buyers through recognition, incentive
• Establish team-wide KPIs covering review volume, quality, velocity, and campaign performance, and
• Collaborate with UGC teams to ensure campaign messaging and content remain consistent, compelling

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in email marketing, community management, or a related field, including 1–2+
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience managing or mentoring teams, setting goals, coaching employees, and
• Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Ortto, Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing
• Excellent writing, editing, and content strategy skills.
• Experience designing, prioritizing, and managing campaigns across multiple stakeholders and
