• Lead and coordinate DISCO Managed Review teams and QA reviewers.
• Analyze dataset trends, fix issues, and improve AI-driven workflows.
• Maintain DISCO docs and training guides; guide reviewers for speed/accuracy.
• Implement QC workflows and training; drive talent development.
• Engage clients, understand pain points, propose tech-based solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years document review experience in law firms, in-house, consulting, or managed review.
• 1+ years quality control on managed review projects.
• Experience with DISCO, Relativity, Everlaw, or Axcelerate.
• Strong understanding of AI capabilities and applications.
