RevOps Analyst

📋 Description

• Build and extend Salesforce functionality (Apex, LWC, Flows, custom objects)
• Implement GTM workflows, automation, and data models across Salesforce and tools
• Design and maintain reports/dashboards for pipeline health and GTM metrics
• Own data hygiene across Salesforce and connected GTM systems
• Serve as first line of end-user support for lead routing and SLA issues
• Design and deploy AI/LLM-powered GTM workflows (deal scoring, risk detection)

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years Salesforce technical admin or developer experience
• 5+ years supporting Sales, RevOps, or GTM teams
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integrations
• Experience testing/deploying solutions with source control and Salesforce Metadata API
• Experience automating processes with custom objects and complex logic
• Practical GTM concepts: pipeline, forecasting, territories, and compensation planning
