📋 Description

• Build and maintain dashboards for commercial teams.
• Configure and improve Salesforce CRM for reliability.
• Analyze pipeline, renewals, retention and performance.
• Improve data quality across Salesforce, HubSpot and Planhat.
• Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, CS and Finance.
• Test automations and AI-powered workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid foundation in RevOps, Sales Ops or analytics.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience: reporting, dashboards, config.
• Advanced Google Sheets/Excel; turn messy data into insight.
• Natural curiosity; root-cause problem solving.
• Ability to explain data to non-technical colleagues.
• Experience with SQL, BI tools, Planhat or AI automation is a plus.
