📋 Description

  • Own GTM variable comp architecture (accelerators, SPIFs) across teams
  • Model scenarios to stress test costs, attainment, incentives
  • Partner with finance on commissions and HR on benchmarking
  • Roll out plans with People team and GTM leadership, incl. governance
  • Ensure reps have a clear path to OTE via quota and ramp
  • Lead post-close GTM integration: playbook, role mapping, data mapping

🎯 Requirements

  • 5-8 years in RevOps, sales ops or sales finance in B2B
  • Hands-on experience designing and administering variable compensation plans
  • Experience leading GTM workstreams in M&A integrations
  • Financial modelling fluency: capacity models, comp scenarios, attainment
  • Clear communicator to sales leadership and executives
  • Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
